For health reasons returns on cosmetics that have been opened will not be accepted.
We will happily exchange on any incorrectly supplied products if the product is in the original unopened condition. We MUST BE notified within 10 days of receiving your items.
Any products which are found to be damaged are eligible for a exchange/refund. Please use the 'Contact us' form on our website or Email email@example.com with your order number and a description/photo of the damaged item. We MUST BE notified within 48 hours of receiving any damaged item and one of our staff will assist you further. The damaged item must be returned and inspected before a refund/exchange is given. Buyer pays return shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All SALE items are final and cannot be exchanged for store credit.
No returns or exchange on international orders.
Refund/Credit is for items only. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you wish to return your goods, follow the above online returns process – if eligible for a refund, your initial payment will be returned in full and the remaining payments cancelled at no charge.
No exchanges can be made on Afterpay purchases.
